Job summary

Grainger in New Jersey is seeking a high-potential candidate for the Supply Chain Rotational Development Program (SCRDP), a three-year path across Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience. You will rotate through three centers and contribute to key business initiatives.

You will lead or participate in projects, drive cost reductions, and build practical analytics using SQL-based queries, Power BI, and other tools. Onsite role with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with graduation by Dec 2026 or Jun 2027.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across three Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience functions.
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce costs or improve service.
• Develop data analytics to measure KPIs and impact using SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
• Collaborate in a multi-shift distribution center environment.
