Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, a 3.0+ GPA, and experience with SQL, Python, R, and Power BI. Strong MS Office and data analytics skills are expected; travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with preference in business, supply chain management, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Python, R, Power BI or similar) through coursework, internships, or projects.
• Intermediate MS Office skills are required.
• Exposure to predictive analytics, optimization and AI in supply chain decision-making is desirable.
• Experience with large datasets, cloud data platforms or automation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three one-year rotations across Supply Chain, Operations and Customer Experience.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to reduce costs or improve service.
• Develop data analytics to measure KPIs, identify opportunities and quantify impact using SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-to-end supply chain processes and drive improvements.
• Work in a multi-shift environment and interface with a distributed team; travel up to 10%.
