Whirlpool Corporation’s Global Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (GSCLDP) is a three-year, rotational program designed to fast-track early-career talent in supply chain and procurement. You will rotate across key areas, leveraging data analytics and customer-centric strategies to manage a premier global fulfillment network.

Over three 12-month rotations, you will gain cross-functional expertise, with a final differentiated role tailored to your career goals, while receiving mentorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by May 2027 in relevant fields (e.g., supply chain, engineering, business).
• Current cumulative GPA 2.8 or higher.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Willingness to relocate to Southwest Michigan for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations across supply chain, procurement and a final differentiated role.
• Develop cross-functional expertise and contribute to global fulfillment initiatives.
• Engage in analytics, forecasting, and process improvement projects.
• Present outcomes to leadership and mentors throughout rotations.
