Job summary

Grainger’s Analyst, Supply Chain Rotational Development Program in Louisville, KY offers a three-year path with three one-year rotations across Supply Chain, Operations and Customer Experience. You will build leadership and analytics skills while contributing to inventory planning, transportation, and cost optimization projects.

Ideal candidates have a December 2026 or June 2027 graduation, a 3.0+ GPA, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and good academic standing.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Python, Power BI) through coursework, internships, or projects.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with large datasets and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across three Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience functions.
• Lead a team in distribution center operations to drive operational excellence.
• Develop data analytics to measure KPIs and support cost reduction and service improvement.
