Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, invites a seasoned Supply Chain leader to direct the Altoona facility's planning and materials flow. You will own the site S&OP, manage inventory, scheduling, inbound/outbound logistics, and kanban systems to meet customer demand and financial targets.

The role demands 6+ years in manufacturing SCM with Lean, ERP proficiency, and strong leadership to drive improvements across procurement, warehousing, production and shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• 6+ years in materials, inventory and supply chain in fast-paced manufacturing; 2+ years of people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead site S&OP process and plant scheduling to align build targets with demand and financial goals.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and kanban replenishment to drive inventory accuracy and working capital.
• Coordinate with procurement to optimize lead times, order quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Manage inventory transactions and cycle counting; reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• Serve as liaison between corporate procurement and Focus Factories (TLS, Red Jacket, DRB) to resolve material gaps.
• Lead and develop a team including Sr. Manager, Shipping & Logistics; Production & Inventory Control; and Material Planning.
