Gilbarco Veeder-Root, part of Vontier, seeks a manufacturing supervisor to lead a team operating machines and tools to assemble parts. You will analyze orders, estimate worker hours, and develop production schedules to meet internal and external deadlines.

You will interpret blueprints, assign duties, inspect outputs, and drive improvements in methods and workflow while maintaining records and supporting safety programs.

Formación

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent and 2–5 years related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret specs, and plan production.
• Strong supervisory, scheduling, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers operating machines and tools to manufacture parts.
• Analyses work orders to estimate hours and create assembly schedules.
• Directs work assignments and ensures production meets deadlines and specs.
• Inspects parts to verify conformance and resolves production issues.
• Maintains time and production records and supports process improvements.
