Job summary

voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, planning, inventory, and logistics. You will drive S&OP alignment, partner across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and S&OP to optimize material flow and customer delivery.

You will manage supplier performance, implement cost/quality improvements, and lead continuous improvements using lean principles while coaching a multi-site team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, materials management, purchasing, production planning, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience, preferably multi-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, material planning, production scheduling, inventory control, logistics, and related supply chain activities.
• Translate S&OP demand and supply plan into executable schedules.
• Partner cross-functionally to align priorities, constraints, and execution plans.
• Ensure material availability and production readiness while mitigating risks.
• Develop supplier strategies to improve cost, quality, delivery, and continuity of supply.
• Lead supplier performance via scorecards, reviews, corrective actions, and risk assessments.
• Optimize inventory policies to reduce excess and obsolescence while meeting service levels.
• Drive improvements in inventory turns, days of inventory, and on-time delivery.
• Support working capital objectives via inventory optimization and term improvements.
• Maintain ERP/MRP master data, lead times, and reorder points.
