Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, with 0–3 years in manufacturing supply chain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience (Oracle) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete tasks on time and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage deadlines based on expectations and align with production schedules.
• Ensure MRP signals are accurate and meet internal and customer requirements.
• Assist Operations in overcoming production hurdles and monitor WIP.
• Provide limited analytics on inventory and scheduling performance.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and 5S standards.
• Follow safety and ISO procedures.
