Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Planner I to manage master scheduling, inventory planning, and release of work orders in collaboration with Operations. Responsible for aligning contractual commitments and deadlines with 0-3 years in manufacturing supply chain.

The role requires strong understanding of supply chain concepts, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle), and the ability to communicate clearly. Exempt, on-site in Exeter, NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage deadlines and align with expectations.
• Ensure accurate MRP signals and compliance with policies.
• Assist Operations with production hurdles and material constraints.
• Monitor WIP and inventory analytics in ERP systems.
• Track schedule performance and perform risk analyses.
• Suggest improvements to reduce costs and improve quality within contractual parameters.
• Participate in 5S standards and continuous improvement tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervision on problems and corrective actions.
