Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 0-3 years manufacturing supply chain experience.
• Ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately convey ideas in writing and speech.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage deadlines based on expectations.
• Ensure MRP signals are accurate and compliant with policies and customer requirements.
• Assist Operations with production hurdles and expediting as needed.
• Monitor WIP and inventory and provide basic analytics.
• Track schedule performance and perform risk analyses.
• Suggest viable cost-saving improvements while honoring contractual parameters.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement tasks.
• Communicate issues and corrective actions to supervision.
• Support 5S Standards.
• Follow ISO procedures and safety rules.
