Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain professional to support receiving, distribution, inventory control, and storage of medical products across our Rochester, MN campus. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, resolving invoice issues, and ensuring data integrity while maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma/GED and 2 years of supply chain or business-related experience.
• Associate degree plus 1 year of experience may be considered as equivalent.
• Strong personal computer skills, communication skills, problem solving, continuous improvement and teaming skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing work environment.
• Able to handle/prioritize tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Must be able to drive if required and have a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, distribution, inventory control, warehousing and storage of products.
• Interact with suppliers regarding expediting, returns, and invoice/receiving problems.
• Provide support for SCM - Logistics; handle high volume inquiries via phone, mail and fax.
• Research and resolve transactions such as Invoices not Received and Received not Invoiced.
• Assist with distribution of medical products and services including controlled substances and hazardous materials.
• Utilize reports to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies.
