Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Operations Intern for its 10-week summer program at the Corona Central Fill Distribution Center. You will work closely with a mentor, gain hands-on exposure to multiple supply chain functions, and report outcomes to leadership.

Start Date: June 7, 2027. End Date: August 13, 2027. Onsite shifts across various times; opportunity to develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management.
• Bachelor’s degree expected within one year of internship completion.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions.
• Build affiliations with hourly team members and interact with senior leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Organize and facilitate work team meetings and rotate across departments.
