Cencora is offering a 10-week Operations Intern program at our Montclair, CA Distribution Center. You will work with a mentor to explore multiple supply chain functions and develop leadership and analytical skills.

You will participate in internships rotations, gain business acumen, and be part of a diverse, inclusive culture. Start date is June 7, 2027, with End Date on August 13, 2027, onsite requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management.
• Graduates within one year of internship completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Build relationships with hourly team members, peers, and senior leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Lead daily/weekly workload planning for departments to meet goals.
• Participate in internship projects and manage time with minimal supervision.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings and short training sessions.
• Be flexible with shifts to support 24/7 operations.
