Job summary

Cencora invites qualified students to join a 10-week Operations Intern program at our Orlando, FL distribution center. You’ll work closely with a mentor, gain experience across supply chain functions, and participate in internship trainings and events.

Start: June 7, 2027; End: August 13, 2027. Must be onsite, with some shifts across early mornings, evenings, and weekends to support operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree expected within 1 year of internship completion.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Build affiliation with hourly team members and interact with leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Organize and facilitate work team meetings and shift-based activities.
• Be flexible to work across all shifts, including mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Develop interpersonal and communication skills to lead a frontline workgroup.
