Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Operations Intern for its 10-week summer program at the Montclair, CA Distribution Center. You will work closely with a mentor, gain exposure to multiple supply chain functions, and report outcomes to leadership.

The program emphasizes developing future leaders through hands-on projects and rotations. Eligible students should be pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree and be able to work onsite at the Montclair center, with flexible shifts across 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management
• Graduate with bachelor's degree within one year of internship completion
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes
• Report findings to team members and management
• Organize and facilitate work team meetings
• Work across shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Participate in internship rotations across departments
