Job summary

This role serves as the primary point of coordination for operational escalations, partnering with various teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuity of service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin. The position offers comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, drayage, trucking, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to manage capacity constraints and resolve appointment and delivery delays.
• Experience with rate discrepancies and billing concerns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations related to supply chain services.
• Coordinate across dispatch, sales, pricing teams, and customers to resolve service issues efficiently.
• Monitor escalations through to resolution, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking.
