Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• SAP experience required with proficiency in logistics, order management, and shipment tracking.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely order processing.
• Serve as central communication hub between operations, dispatch, customers, and leadership.
• Escalate issues impacting service levels or schedules to leadership.
• Maintain delivery documentation accuracy and shipment status updates.
• Utilize SAP and other systems to track order status and inventory movement.
• Support daily operational reporting and identify process improvements.
