Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Track shipments and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate operations.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide remote and on-site support to customer service and logistics teams as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues related to the shipping process and service quality.
• Maintain data capture and timely system entry.
