Job summary

This role serves as the primary point of coordination for operational escalations, partnering with various teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuity of service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin. The position offers comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Supply Chain Operations Control Tower team.

In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination for operational escalations, partnering cross-functionally with dispatch, sales, pricing, and customers to ensure timely issue resolution and continuity of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations related to supply chain services
• Coordinate across dispatch, sales, pricing teams, and customers to resolve service issues efficiently
• Proactively manage and resolve operational challenges, including:
• Capacity constraints
• Appointment and delivery delays
• Rate discrepancies and billing concerns
• Partner closely with the Pricing team to evaluate alternatives and support solution development
• Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with all stakeholders
• Monitor escalations through to resolution, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, drayage, trucking, or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of drayage operations, carrier networks, and port/rail processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
