The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in transportation or supply chain, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Operations or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred; minimal experience may be acceptable.
• Strong analytics to develop reports and communicate results.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, monthly reporting for performance, compliance and invoicing.
• Analyze transportation details to identify improvements and savings.
• Oversee data integrity in systems and files.
• Ensure processes comply with laws and regulations.
• Develop metrics and present to customers or leaders.
• Review claims and determine root causes; report findings.
• Assist with responding to customer requests and provide professional support.
