Job summary

CEVA Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking a data-driven professional to manage reporting for performance, compliance and invoicing. You will analyze transportation details to identify improvements, oversee data integrity, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with clients and internal teams, including liaison with production facilities and drivers.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Transportation/SCM, with a Master’s preferred, and may require

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Operations or Supply Chain Management or equivalent education and experience.
• Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance and invoicing.
• Analyze operational or transportation details to identify potential areas for improvement, savings or efficiency.
• Oversee data integrity - review, classify, audit and record information within the appropriate systems or files.
• Ensure processes and operations comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations; seek advice when required.
• Develop metrics and goals for programs, present information to customers or leaders, and prepare templates or details.
