Responsibilities

• Manage complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance and invoicing, including report development and analytics.
• Analyze operational or transportation details to identify improvements, savings or efficiency.
• Oversee data integrity—review, classify, audit and record information in systems.
• Ensure processes comply with laws and regulations; seek guidance when needed.
• Develop metrics and goals; present to customers or leaders and prepare templates.
• Review claims or damages, conduct root-cause analyses, and report findings.
