Job summary

Staples is seeking a data-focused role in Tennessee to support warehouse operations. You will run reports, assist leadership, and provide critical information to ensure accurate reporting and smooth workflows.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, maintaining systems through upgrades, and coordinating changes with cross-functional teams while ensuring SOP compliance and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with WMS/Sunbeam or similar systems.
• Certification in material handling equipment or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Run reports in WMS or labor reporting systems.
• Assist department leader in workflow management.
• Provide information to supervisors to meet reporting metrics.
• Communicate information to departmental teams.
• Analyze data and develop improvement recommendations.
• Maintain systems due to upgrades or changes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit activity.
• Coordinate major system changes with stakeholders.
• Support operations and other departments as needed.
• Interact with customer service to resolve issues.
