Job summary

Staples is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Operations Associate for an afternoon-evening shift (2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday). You will run reports in WMS and Sunbeam, support supervisors, and help drive efficiency through data-driven recommendations.

Work with Clerical, supervisors, and central admin; manage high-touch customer requests, resolve issues, and maintain system upgrades; participate in safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of basic Microsoft Excel computer skills.
• Familiarity with EXE/PKMS/WMS, Galaxy AS/400, Sunbeam, BRIO, Cubiscan equipment and AMS software.
• Certification in Material Handling equipment or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Run reports in systems such as WMS, Sunbeam or other WMS/labor systems.
• Assist department leader in managing workflow and communication.
• Provide information to supervisors to meet reporting and metric requirements.
• Communicate information to departmental teams and analyze data for action.
• Maintain system with upgrades or business changes and ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate major changes or enhancements to systems and work with cross-functional teams.
• Support operations staff and assist with other warehouse areas as needed.
• Interact with customer service to expedite and resolve high-touch requests.
