Job summary

Assurant, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end materials flow, from procurement to distribution, at the Irving, TX site. You will drive lean processes to cut costs while ensuring quality and continuity of supply, coordinating with supervisors and vendor partners to meet demand schedules.

The role emphasizes leadership of the Inventory Control team, development of KPI-based reports, and adherence to safety and process standards in a dynamic, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any business or related discipline.
• 7+ years in logistics/distribution, high‑volume manufacturing, with 5+ years data interpretation/analysis and logistics experience.
• 5+ years leadership overseeing supervisory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth material and product flow for production and operations.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.
• Lead inventory control resources with clear goals and strong communication.
• Develop KPIs and reports; monitor SLA adherence and material movements.
• Coordinate with supervisors to execute demand schedules and staffing.
