Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to ensure smooth material flow and production support within our Irving, TX depots. The role oversees end-to-end material lifecycle, maintains optimal inventory, and leads Inventory Control resources with clear accountability.

The position is onsite at our Irving facility with multiple shifts available. It emphasizes lean process development and strong cross-functional leadership to meet customer requirements and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any business or related discipline.
• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in logistics/distribution in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment with at least five (5) years of data interpretation/analysis and logistics experience and 2 of inventory management experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years leadership experience with at least five (5) years’ experience managing supervisory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of work, monitor KPIs, manage labor efficiency, and mentor leaders.
• Establish department goals, identify process improvements, and design KPIs.
• Manage cycle counts, inventory control processes, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Liaise between teams and vendors to support change and growth.
• Develop reports that reflect product flow and task completion rates.
