Job summary

Assurant is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for our Irving, TX facility. This onsite role runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, overseeing a team and ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse operations.

You will supervise, mentor staff, coordinate cross-functional work, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have HR Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead role in a fast-paced manufacturing/repair environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term goals and plans for areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate with teams and departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise cycle count and report inventory data, including ad hoc requests.
• Oversee stockroom activities, including material stocking and delivery for production.
• Hire, review performance, mentor staff, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Review Tableau reports and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure safety regulations.
• Lead process improvements for new accounts and products.
