Job summary

Assurant, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for our Irving, TX facility. You will lead a team, prepare schedules, assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires strong supervisory abilities, experience in manufacturing, distribution and warehousing, and proficiency with MS Office. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, onsite.

Qualifications

• Must have HR Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead role within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing/repair environment.
• Strong knowledge and abilities with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience supervising 15+ hourly associates in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term goals and plans for areas of responsibility.
• Liaison between teams, shifts, and departments to partner with internal and external customers.
• Supervise stockroom activities across shifts and ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Review Tableau reports and drive actions to improve performance metrics.
