Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking a Supply Chain Support Coordinator to provide operational, inventory, and customer service support. This onsite role supports order processing, inventory management, agency distributions, and food receipt tracking to help distribute food resources efficiently.

Responsibilities include processing orders, monitoring perishables, coordinating recovery initiatives, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing orders and creating new orders daily.
• Monitor inventory levels of perishable items and manage expirations.
• Coordinate gleaning and food recovery to maximize donation utilization.
• Assist with customer service support to agencies and donors.
• Support product receipting, scheduling and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and regulations.
