Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking a Supply Chain Support Coordinator to assist with order processing, inventory tracking, and agency distributions. This role supports the Supply Chain Team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of food resources across the 21-county service area.
You'll work cross-functionally to improve efficiency, manage perishables, and help ensure compliance with food-safety guidelines.
Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is the state’s largest hunger relief organization and one of the leading food banks in the Feeding America Network. In additional to vital hunger relief programs in our 21‑county service area, we also operate Fresh Connect Central, a regional produce cooperative for Feeding America, serve as a contract reclamation site for Kroger Central Division, and are a staging site for FEMA disaster response.
The Supply Chain Support Coordinator provides operational, inventory, and customer service support to the Supply Chain Team. This position supports order processing, inventory management, agency distributions, food receipt tracking, waste reduction efforts, and food safety compliance. This role provides cross-functional support to multiple departments, helping ensure efficient operations, effective communication, and the successful distribution of food resources throughout the organization. All responsibilities and duties will further Gleaners’ mission to be a leader in the fight against hunger.
