Job summary

Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking a Supply Chain Support Coordinator to assist with order processing, inventory tracking, and agency distributions. This role supports the Supply Chain Team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of food resources across the 21-county service area.

You'll work cross-functionally to improve efficiency, manage perishables, and help ensure compliance with food-safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or inventory roles.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing incoming orders and creating new orders daily.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels of perishables and prevent expirations.
• Coordinate gleaning and food recovery to maximize donation utilization.
• Provide customer service support to network partners and agencies.
• Assist with food acquisitions tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and regulations.
