Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Demand Planner to develop and manage forecast and inventory strategies across multiple time horizons. The role collaborates with sales, marketing and warehouse teams to ensure accurate demand signals and optimized stock levels.

You will work with demand planning tools to review trends, drive forecast accuracy, and support product introductions while controlling spoilage and obsolescence. This is a day shift, full-time position in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6+ years of related experience, or HS diploma with 7–9+ years of specific experience.
• Strong forecasting and analytical abilities.
• Experience using demand planning software.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand and operational forecasts across time horizons by analyzing sales trends and drivers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to obtain current information and use forecast tools.
• Contribute to inventory strategies for new products and coordinate with warehouse action plans.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and minimize out-of-stocks while reducing breakage and loss due to product age.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $80,352 - $100,440 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop demand forecasts and operational forecasts for different time horizons within the supply chain, while reviewing historical sales trends and researching demand drivers to understand the forecast drivers
• Utilize a collaborative approach by working with sales and marketing to obtain current and accurate information while using demand planning software as the primary forecast tool
• Provide input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies for new products and closely coordinate communication with customer action plans within the warehouse
• Maintain best-in-class forecast accuracy levels and out-of-stock levels within the logistics process, while eliminating breakage, damage, and loss due to product age
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
