Job summary

EY seeks a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients. You will optimize supply chain performance, engage with executive stakeholders, and contribute to practice development and sales activities.

You’ll guide teams through requirements, design, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support, while fostering an inclusive culture and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Five years of related work experience (or four years with a graduate degree).
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Capture and translate business requirements for supply chain projects.
• Partner with clients to analyze current-state processes and define future-state designs.
• Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity.
• Guide stakeholders across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics management.
