Job summary

HARIBO of America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist - Supply Chain to manage order status, shipment tracking, and OTIF for direct ship retail accounts.

On-site at the Rosemont, IL headquarters, you will coordinate with Logistics, Warehousing and Sales to ensure accurate order entry and timely updates. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in supply chain or customer account management in consumer goods, plus ERP experience (SAP preferred) and strong Excel/Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer account management, supply chain, order management, or inside sales support - ideally within the consumer goods industry.
• ERP/enterprise resource planning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support customer (retailer) and broker inquires related to order status and tracking of shipments.
• Provide status of orders to brokers and customers; respond to warehouse and logistics inquiries.
• Perform order entry functions manually or via EDI; ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Utilize Excel, SAP, and Power BI reporting to view inventory and order history.
• Understand and execute the end-to-end sales process from order through shipment.
