Job summary

HARIBO of America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist – Supply Chain to manage direct ship retail accounts from order entry to shipment tracking.

You will coordinate with Logistics, Warehousing and Sales to ensure on-time, in-full delivery while resolving issues across multiple retailers and brokers. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in supply chain or customer account management within consumer goods, plus ERP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer account management, supply chain, order management, or inside sales support.
• ERP/enterprise system experience required, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support client retailers and brokers with order status and shipment tracking.
• Provide order status updates to brokers and customers; respond to warehouse and logistics inquiries.
• Perform order entry via manual processes or EDI; ensure timely, accurate processing of orders.

The Customer Success Specialist - Supply Chain supports direct ship retail customers such as grocery, drug, convenience, value, mass and other retail channels and distributors that sell HARIBO products. This role oversees all operational and account management aspects of assigned account(s) including Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Shipment Tracking, resolving freight claims, and Order To Cash Flow Process (also known as O2C).

Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, within our supply chain organization, you will partner with internal teams including Logistics, Warehousing, and even the Sales team. You will also regularly communicate with your assigned customers (retailers and brokers). Handling multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, the Customer Success Specialist – Supply Chain works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to fill customer (retailer) purchase orders On-Time In-Full (OTIF) including order entry, shipment tracking, providing updates, resolving issues, reporting of data and metrics, and provide timely customer (retailer) correspondence.

The ideal Customer Success Specialist – Supply Chain will have a Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years of experience in supply chain and/or customer account management (Order Management, etc) specifically within the consumer goods industry. Are you HARIBO?

Responsibilities

• As a member of our supply chain team, the Customer Success Specialist will support customer (retailer) and broker inquires related to order status and tracking of shipments
• Provide status of orders to brokers, customers (retailers and distributors). Respond to Warehouse and logistics/transportation carrier inquires
• Perform order entry functions manually or via EDI, ensuring all orders received are processed timely and accurately
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets, SAP, and Power BI reporting to view inventory and order history
• Understand and execute the end-to-end sales process from order through shipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer account management, supply chain, order management, or inside sales support – ideally specifically within the consumer goods industry
• Previous ERP, Enterprise Resource Platform, experience is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP S4-HANA is strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills

Compensation And Benefits

Target Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually

This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting. Please note, a candidate’s offered annual salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and the geographical location of the role.
