Job summary

LHH is seeking a Customer Support & Supply Chain Representative in Irvine, CA to support customer service operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and supply chain activities. The role aims to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The position requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Bachelor's degree is preferred and the work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous logistics, supply chain, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting technical, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial products is highly desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email; provide product information, pricing, availability updates, and support; maintain accurate records; escalate when needed; resolve concerns professionally.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate shipping and receiving, review invoices and shipping docs; communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams for timely deliveries; monitor inventory and support warehouse accuracy; maintain databases; investigate issues; support daily logistics planning and execution.

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 annually

LHH is seeking a Customer Support & Supply Chain Representative to join our client's team. This position is responsible for supporting customer service operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and supply chain activities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide product information, pricing, availability updates, and customer support.
• Maintain accurate customer records, logs, and documentation.
• Escalate inquiries to the appropriate departments when needed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Supply Chain & Logistics

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including reviewing invoices and shipping documentation.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse organization and accuracy.
• Maintain and update company databases and transaction records.
• Investigate and resolve shipment, delivery, and inventory-related issues.
• Support daily logistics planning and operational execution.
