Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for Varietal Crops in Johnston, IA. You will partner with production, quality, finance, and planning teams to optimize inventory, scheduling, and product performance across soybean, wheat, and specialty crops.

Hybrid role with in-office Tue-Thu and remote Mon-Fri. Proactively identify supply risks, drive process improvements, and leverage SAP/ERP tools to support decision making and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, Business, Engineering, Agriculture, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support supply planning activities for production sites and crop portfolios.
• Monitor inventory, production progress, and supply risks to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and planning teams to optimize inventory and scheduling.
• Develop reports and dashboards tracking inventory, quality, and production metrics.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
