Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agronomy, agribusiness, or related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in agronomy or related field with seed production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee acreage planning, strategy, and resource allocation for field activities.
• Coach contracted seed growers on agronomic improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated on agronomic practices, government programs, and environmental issues.
• Work with government certifying agencies to ensure standards are met.
• Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, safety, and workforce issues.
