Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Senior Accounting/Finance Analyst in Johnston, IA to provide financial analysis and accounting support within the North America Seed Controllership team. The role covers Actuals and Planning, with emphasis on gross margin and related balance sheet accounts.

You will collaborate with finance and business teams, ensure accuracy of statements, and support audits and critical initiatives in a fast-evolving seed business environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 2–8 years of finance experience including accounting.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and internal control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting and planning processes (estimates, budgets, multi-year plans).
• Analyze financial results and balance sheet accounts for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and External Auditors to ensure proper controls.
