The candidate will use SAP/ERP and Excel for reporting, support root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, Business, Engineering, Agriculture, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience with data-driven supply planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute supply planning activities for assigned production sites and crop portfolios.
• Monitor inventory, production progress, and supply risks to support business objectives.
• Identify supply constraints and develop mitigation plans for inventory, quality, and production challenges.
• Support seasonal planning cycles, production reviews, and operational decision-making.
• Develop reports and dashboards using SAP/ERP and Excel to inform stakeholders.
