Vylor is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for Varietal Crops in Johnston, IA. You will drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement across the NA varietal crop supply chain, collaborating with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure reliable soybean, wheat, and specialty crop supply.

The role emphasizes data-driven inventory optimization, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional partnership. Hybrid work with in‑office Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Agribusiness, Engineering, or related).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; data-driven decision making.
• Experience with supply planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute supply planning activities for assigned production sites and crop portfolios.
• Monitor inventory, production progress, and supply risks to support business objectives.
• Identify supply constraints and develop mitigation plans to address inventory, quality, and production challenges.
• Support seasonal planning cycles, production reviews, and operational decision‑making.
• Serve as the primary supply chain partner for assigned production locations.
