Diversified Fall Protection in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to turn project sales orders into actionable purchase orders and determine fulfillment locations. The role includes purchasing for assigned scope and maintaining reorder points to keep inventory aligned with demand.

Under the Supply Chain Manager, you will validate PO details, update supplier lead times, and collaborate with Project Management, Production, and warehouse teams to resolve capacity and fulfillment issues.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain planning; degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with inventory concepts (reorder points, safety stock, replenishment).
• Strong written/verbal communication with suppliers; basic ERP exposure and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert project requirements into purchase orders; assign orders to the correct location and confirm ownership.
• Manage supplier POs, lead times, and status; communicate expectations and resolve issues.
• Maintain reorder points and replenishment quantities; monitor inventory data with the Inventory Supervisor.
• Support supplier reviews and lead-time negotiations by compiling order history and performance data.
• Follow documented workflows; surface exceptions and coordinate with SCM, PM, and warehouse teams.
