Diversified Fall Protection in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to convert project requirements into purchase orders and manage supplier coordination. You will work under the Supply Chain Manager to determine order fulfillment location, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely procurement across sites.

The Supply Chain Specialist supports the process of turning project-related sales orders into actionable purchase orders, the point where an order becomes a real, trackable request to buy or transfer material. Working under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager, this role confirms which location will fulfill each order, executes purchasing for assigned scope, and helps keep inventory positioned correctly by maintaining reorder points and replenishment quantities.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Some workdays could require prolonged sitting at a desk and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch as scheduled with management. This position may require hours beyond the standard working hours listed above to satisfy job duties and department demand.
Benefit eligibility begins on the first of the month following the completion of 30 days of employment. Benefits offered are: Medical, Dental, and Vision. There is a company-sponsored life insurance policy that employees are eligible for even if waiving other coverages. 401(k) contribution eligibility is the start of the first pay period following the completion of 30 days of employment through John Hancock – employer match is 5% at enrollment.
