Diversified Fall Protection is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to convert project requirements into actionable purchase orders, determine location fulfillment, and manage inventory through reorder points and replenishment.

The role collaborates with the Supply Chain Manager, Production, and vendors to ensure timely delivery while maintaining tight controls on orders and lead times. Full-time, on-site, with standard hours and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 02 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain planning, or a degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Convert released project requirements into purchase orders across locations.
• Confirm which location will manufacture or fulfill each order and any transfers involved.
• Maintain reorder points and replenishment quantities across inventory.
• Communicate with suppliers on lead times and purchase order status.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with supplier data and reviews.
