Job summary

Diversified Fall Protection in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to convert project requirements into purchase orders and manage supplier coordination. You will work under the Supply Chain Manager to determine order fulfillment location, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely procurement across sites.

The role requires attention to detail, collaboration with management, and the ability to uphold standard workflow practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain planning; exposure to manufacturing or distribution is a plus.
• Familiarity with reorder points, safety stock, or replenishment logic.
• Strong written and verbal communication with suppliers.
• Basic ERP familiarity and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert project requirements into purchase orders using a standardized intake process.
• Confirm which location will fulfill each order and assign ownership.
• Maintain reorder points and replenishment quantities across inventory.
• Communicate with suppliers on status, lead times, and exceptions.
• Support supplier performance data collection for reviews and negotiations.
