Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage customer shipments, work orders, and finished goods inventory to maintain on-time delivery scores. You will maintain open communications between customer plants and logistics providers and support basic production and material planning.

The role requires experience in strategic planning, strong MS Office and Plex Systems knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shortage inventories and production schedules.
• Manage inbound/outbound EDI with customers and suppliers.
• Use customer EDI for daily schedules and outbound logistics.
• Monitor customer portals for supply chain metrics and changes.
• Coordinate outbound scheduling for customer pickups.
• Enter non-EDI orders and shipping requests daily.
• Produce daily production reports for all lines.
• Arrange trucking for loading/unloading of finished goods and returns.
• Collaborate with Shipping Supervisor to ensure timely packaging.
• Complete AIAG MMOG yearly assessment.
• Adhere to TAI quality system in all duties.
• Interface with manufacturing and purchasing on material status and production issues.
• Promote positive morale in the department.
• Backup production and raw material scheduling.

SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Production Control Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing customer shipments, work orders and finished goods inventory to maintain on time delivery scores. This position is also responsible for maintaining open communications between the customer plants and logistics providers. Position will need basic knowledge of production and material planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Direct, oversee and report daily shortage inventories with Paint Line
• 2. Oversee inbound and outbound EDI with all customers and suppliers.
• 3. Use customer EDI for daily customer schedules and outbound logistics.
• 4. Oversee all customer portals for Supply Chain, including customer delivery ratings, logistics and production changes.
• 5. Logistics Portals for outbound scheduling of customer pickups.
• 6. Daily input of Non-EDI orders and Shipping Requests.
• 7. Daily production reports for all production lines of Rim, Disc, Paint and HTC.
• 8. Completes trucking arrangement for daily loading and unloading of Finished Goods and customer returns.
• 9. Work with Shipping Supervisor to ensure on time packaging of service and aftermarket parts.
• 10. AIAG MMOG yearly assessment.
• 11. Adhere to the quality system of TAI with all duties/jobs performed.
• 12. Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, etc. on material status and production issues.
• 13. Promote a positive morale and work atmosphere in the department and company.
• 14. Backup for production and raw material schedules.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• 1. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• 2. Experience and expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.

• 5. Demonstrated ability to staff and produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computes, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing some duties of this job, the employee is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level on the job site can be loud

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, the position does access the manufacturing facility. To navigate the area the individual will need to be able to walk moderate distances, climb a limited amount of stairs, and have the ability to communicate with operators safely.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
