Job summary

O'Neal Manufacturing Services, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Alabama to analyze movement of materials and support efficient flow of supply chain operations. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Materials teams to meet customer service needs and production demands.

Responsibilities include entering purchase orders, coordinating order releases, and expediting orders when needed, with a focus on cost reduction and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in supply chain management, business, industrial distribution, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Must speak conversational English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize order needs and requirements including entering purchase orders and order releases, filling out trucks, entering pricing, and other administrative functions.
  • Partner with team members to identify and evaluate changing needs and modify orders as necessary (expedite orders, update pricing, etc.).
  • Continually seek to drive the overall supply chains spend down in major categories of raw material and direct purchased components.
  • Coordinate with each of the plants to support their supply chain and inventory performance goals.

Physical Requirements
  • A bility to lift 20 lbs. as needed.
  • Ability to bend, stand, climb,twistand stoop for extended periods of time.

  • Ability tooperatestandard office equipment.
  • Havegoodvision of 20/30 with corrective lenses.
  • Ability tomaintaincoordination of hand and finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects with precision.
  • Travel as needed toaccomplishdesired results. Overnight travel may berequiredoccasionally.

  • Oils: there is air and/or skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.
