Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related experience required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Two to five years of experience in supply chain, planning, inventory control, procurement, manufacturing, or operations analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems such as JobBoss, SAP, Oracle, or Epicor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor material shortages and develop action plans to mitigate supply risks.
  • Support demand planning and forecast analysis.
  • Review inventory accuracy and work with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
  • Support production scheduling activities based on customer demand and capacity constraints.
  • Monitor work orders and manufacturing priorities.
  • Coordinate material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Assist in capacity planning and resource utilization analyses.
  • Work with Operations to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
  • Review customer demand trends and identify potential risks.
  • Analyze On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with customer delivery commitments and recovery plans when needed.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs and dashboards.
  • Generate reports on inventory turns, safety stock performance, On-Time Delivery (OTD), production schedule adherence, supplier performance, forecast accuracy, and material shortages.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support ERP system improvements and master data accuracy.
  • Develop tools and reports that improve visibility and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Inventory Management

Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as JobBoss, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or a similar platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position works closely with Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service teams to ensure material availability, optimize inventory levels, improve delivery performance, and support business objectives.
