Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management are required.
• Strong knowledge of materials and inventory management.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Plex ERP system knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of materials management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own entire SIOP monthly processes, meetings, and calendar; drive process improvement and visibility around root causes for KPI fluctuations.
• Monitor KPIs and use data tools to identify risks and constraints in demand and production capacity.
• Collaborate with plant operations to align constrained demand plans with external customer demand requirements.
• Develop mitigation actions to meet customer demand and lead weekly cross-functional meetings.
• Participate in implementing processes to improve supplier and customer delivery performance.
• Provide timely reports and recommendations for changes; automate where possible.
• Develop and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for procurement data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Environmental Conditions

• This role offers remote work flexibility, while requiring occasional in‑office presence based on team, project, or business needs to support collaboration and key business initiatives.
• Predominantly operates in an office or home office environment. However, position may need to walk frequently through shift on concrete in production areas. May be exposed to moderate heat, light dust, fumes, cold temperatures, and noise. Adequate hearing, eye, and footwear protection is required in production areas.

Supervisory Responsibility

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
