RTX is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Operations Quality Team in Andover, MA. You will lead supplier quality initiatives, drive cost of poor quality reductions, ensure product compliance, and support factory policy adherence while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a STEM degree with 3 years of experience, RCA, ISO9001/AS9100 knowledge, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Onsite work in Andover, MA is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 3 years related experience
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes
• Experience with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System
• Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required

Aufgaben

• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues impacting the factory, coordinating with quality and cross-functional teams
• Analyze material non-conformance data and develop action plans for top and systemic drivers
• Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances and implement corrective actions
• Communicate supplier-part issues to suppliers and stakeholders
• Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware
